BRWN-001013 - Managing and Sustaining Organizational Change: Practical Tools for Nonprofit Professionals
Preferred registration deadline: February 27th
3 CEs
Organizations are constantly evolving, often balancing multiple priorities and change initiatives at the same time. In the rush to keep momentum, teams may skip key steps that support effective implementation and long-term adoption. When operational planning and cultural readiness are not intentionally aligned, even well-designed initiatives can lose traction.
This interactive workshop equips nonprofit leaders, managers, and change-makers with practical tools drawn from both project management and change management. Participants will learn to design and manage change initiatives that are tailored to an organization’s culture, history, and capacity. We will explore strategies for building early buy-in, communicating with clarity across teams, and reinforcing new behaviors until they become integrated into daily operations and organizational culture. By the end of the workshop, participants will leave with actionable frameworks and tools they can immediately apply within their organizations to support meaningful and sustainable change.
This is an in-person workshop that will be held on Washington University’s Danforth Campus. The exact location and directions will be emailed to registered participants before the course date.
