We will study business process and quality improvement tools and practices that are integral to achieve maximum efficiency and efficacy in non-profit, charitable, and mission-based ventures. Participants will learn how to leverage tools from various continuous quality improvement models including business process improvement and the fundamental concepts of Lean Six Sigma. The course will consist of daily live Zoom webinars from 2:30 - 4:00 p.m., and 7.5 hours of self-paced instruction (recorded lectures and demonstrations) in Canvas.
