The course will provide participants with a foundation for effectively managing and leading projects for your organization and for your career/work life. We will focus on key project management competencies and principles that are critical to executing successful projects. Participants will learn strategies for planning, scheduling, organizing, and controlling projects and will apply these concepts using case studies and small group projects.

Class size is limited to 25.

This class will include both degree-seeking graduate students and practicing professionals. Individuals registering through Professional Development will receive continuing education units - but not academic credit - for the class.
