Registration deadline: June 7th 15 CEUs/CPH units Whether leading a team or whole organization, a leader’s effectiveness is highly dependent on his or her communication skills to share vision and convey expectations. This class will help leaders strengthen their skills by focusing on these three dimensions of leadership: building trust and community, navigating through change, and facilitating renewal and innovation. We will cover facilitation skills to include conducting effective meetings, as well as skills the leader can employ to enhance the sense of membership among work teams and create buy-in to navigate through organizational change. Finally, we consider tactics for effective formal communications, such as presentations and interacting with the media.
