Strategically thinking through partner engagement early and often will allow you to identify the best opportunities for collaboration within and across organizations. In this course, we will develop an understanding of why collaboration is important, explore how to engage partners in meaningful collaboration, and develop a collaboration plan. Practical tools will be shared to help you maximize your effectiveness at working with others to identify and achieve shared goals. The course will consist of daily live Zoom webinars from 8:30 - 10:00 a.m.(Central Time), and additional course material in Canvas.
