Preferred registration deadline: February 2nd This workshop will be held in person at the Brown School. 3 CEUs When organizations are people-driven, their work is shaped by the knowledge, skills, and preferences of specific people. However, when organizations are process-driven, they create cohesive, well-considered, and documented processes for carrying out their most important work. As a result, workflows become more efficient and consistent, collaboration and teamwork increases and results improve. In this workshop, we’ll learn collaborative and creative ways to design and improve processes that will solve problems, reduce burden, improve effectiveness, and strengthen teams so they can work more seamlessly together. General Admission: $60**   Class size is limited to 45. **Discounts on workshop admission are offered to the Brown School’s students, alumni, and field instructors.
