Preferred registration deadline: April 21st This workshop will be conducted in a virtual Zoom meeting format. 3 CEUs Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) is a management philosophy that contends that most things can be improved. Through design, measurement, reflection, and serial experimentation, organizations can improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of its efforts. In this workshop, participants will be introduced to common CQI models and processes that can be readily applied to social service work. We will identify the capacities and practice behaviors that characterize cultures of learning and improvement. Lastly, we will introduce, demonstrate, and practice several key quality improvement tools and exercises.   General Admission: $60**   Class size is limited to 40. **Discounts on workshop admission are offered to the Brown School’s students, alumni, and field instructors. We also offer a discount to full-time graduate students in other programs and to our Washington University faculty/staff colleagues. No other discounts are available.
