Helping professionals choose these careers because we want to improve the lives of others. Developing skills to create and apply boundaries is not always natural to us, but it is essential to healthy practice with clients, in our organizations, and in our communities. This workshop will expand our concept of boundary setting and examine how we can use the NASW code of ethics to guide boundaries with clients, colleagues, supervisors, workplaces, communities, social media, and in policy settings – balancing responsibility to self with all of our responsibilities to others. We will build skills in expressing and enforcing boundaries, as well as an ethical debriefing of traumatic experiences as a strategy to sustain our well-being and engage in proactive self-care.

This class meets the licensure requirement for 3 hours of continuing education in ethics.

General Admission: $60**
**Eligible discounts can be applied during checkout.
