Preferred registration deadline: July 9th This workshop will be conducted in a virtual Zoom meeting online format. 3 CEUs/CPH units The importance of organizational culture for employee satisfaction and retention is well documented, but how does a leader define what their culture is and identify areas in which they might seek to change it? Through this interactive workshop, we will utilize a tool that will allow attendees to understand and evaluate the various types of cultural archetypes, while accessing their ideal cultural alignment. Attendees will also learn strategies to cultivate better employee relationships to enable change, acquire new talent, and ensure an organizational culture that aligns with the mission and vision of their organization.   General Admission: $60**   Class size is limited to 45. **Discounts on workshop admission are offered to the Brown School’s students, alumni, and field instructors. We also offer a discount to full-time graduate students in other programs and to our Washington University faculty/staff colleagues. No other discounts are available.
