Preferred registration deadline: April 16th This workshop will be conducted in a virtual Zoom meeting online format. 3 CEUs The past year has been one full of necessary caution, understandable fear, and far reaching uncertainty. How do we help clients emerge from this and re-engage in their lives in ways that are in line with their values and not controlled by their fears? In this workshop, participants will learn to better identify when necessary precaution crosses the line into problematic avoidance. Participants will develop and apply Exposure and Response Prevention techniques to the treatment of clinically relevant anxiety-based avoidance. Come prepared to learn how to help ourselves and our clients emerge from a difficult year and move forward based on our individual and community-based values.
