Preferred registration deadline: March 12th This workshop will be conducted in a virtual Zoom meeting online format. 3 CEUs/CPH units Motivational Interviewing is a powerful tool used in clinical settings to help clients achieved their desired behavioral changes. The same toolkit has applications in the work place and within our professional relationships.   Join this interactive workshop to learn how of the Four Processes of Engaging, Focusing, Evoking, and Planning can work to help achieve and sustain organizational change. We will examine the importance of listening, honoring team members’ autonomy, and evoking solutions from staff improve the change process and staff investment in the change. Finally we will consider ways to engage in difficult conversations with staff member and why it is so important not to avoid them. General Admission: $60**   Class size is limited to 40. **Discounts on workshop admission are offered to the Brown School’s students, alumni, and field instructors. We also offer a discount to full-time graduate students in other programs and to our Washington University faculty/staff colleagues. No other discounts are available.
