Preferred registration deadline: February 12th This workshop will be conducted in a virtual Zoom meeting online format. 3 CEUs This interactive session is designed to provide service providers and advocates with a working knowledge of Fair Housing Rights, the rights and responsibilities of landlords and tenants. Learn what Fair Housing means and how to use Reasonable Accommodations and Modification to access and maintain housing resources for persons with disabilities. Additional topics to be covered include the calls to action relating to the newly instated Eviction Defense program at EHOC and the impact of COVID on the housing landscape and Tenant's Rights. General Admission: $60** Class size is limited to 70. **Discounts on workshop admission are offered to the Brown School’s students, alumni, and field instructors. We also offer a discount to full-time graduate students in other programs and to our Washington University faculty/staff colleagues. No other discounts are available.
