Preferred registration deadline: February 26th This workshop will be conducted in a virtual Zoom meeting online format. 3 CEUs/CPH units People who lead programs, teams, departments or organizations are frequently charged with making difficult decisions based on incomplete information. These decisions are made more difficult by rapidly changing conditions and circumstances. Yet good leadership demands our plans and decisions be fact-based and goal-driven so stakeholders can make good use of their time, energy, and resources. This workshop will draw from evaluative thinking, strategic planning, and quality improvement techniques to help leaders improve their skills for confidently developing plans and making decisions in ambiguous situations. We will focus on the importance of fostering a culture of curiosity, learning, and evidence-based action.
