Preferred registration deadline: October 30th This workshop will be conducted in a virtual Zoom meeting online format. 3 CEUs/CPH units Equity and inclusion are much more than HR compliance issues – they are operational imperatives, regardless of your field. This workshop provides an overview of equity and inclusion and will help you develop a vocabulary for effective communication. We will explore research to confirm the benefits and innovation that result from an intentional effort to fully include and support your entire staff team. Participants will identify issues and leadership necessary to support a team approach to implementation and review the importance of an accountability strategy to foster and track success. This class is for leaders at all organization levels, team members that want to assist their employer create a more equitable and inclusive workplace, and community members desiring to learn more about this important topic.
