Preferred registration deadline: October 23rd 3 CEUs/CPH units When cooperation falls apart between people or organizations, conflicting needs or a lack of clear communication are often at the heart of the challenge. Join us for a workshop on using mediation tools to build collaboration and resolve conflict. We will consider common workplace scenarios with an eye to building understanding, demonstrating respect, negotiating expectations, and navigating complex systems. General Admission: $60** Class size is limited to 70. **Discounts on workshop admission are offered to the Brown School’s students, alumni, and field instructors. We also offer a discount to full-time graduate students in other programs and to our Washington University faculty/staff colleagues. No other discounts are available.
