Preferred registration deadline: September 25th This workshop will be conducted in a virtual Zoom meeting online format. 3 CEUs Mindfulness is the practiced ability to be fully present: aware of where we are and what we are doing. For clinicians and our clients alike, it’s an invaluable tool to manage our responses to situations and avoid becoming overwhelmed. This workshop is designed to help social service professionals bolster their own mindfulness practice and to build skills for guiding mindfulness in others - both in clinical and in educational settings. The workshop includes lecture, as well as experiential practices. General Admission: $60** Class size is limited to 28. **Discounts on workshop admission are offered to the Brown School’s students, alumni, and field instructors. We also offer a discount to full-time graduate students in other programs and to our Washington University faculty/staff colleagues. No other discounts are available.
