Preferred registration deadline: April 10th 3 CEUs Positive change can happen at all levels—not just from leaders in formal management positions—but also from the influence of individuals dedicated to change and knowledgeable about informal leadership strategies and tactics. In this session, you will learn effective informal leadership strategies and tactics that will enable you to create influence and positive change within an organization. In addition, you will learn how to navigate power dynamics within organizational politics, how to manage up, as well as how to evaluate the techniques you typically use to create influence.
