Leadership is both an art and a science, requiring continuous self-reflection, growth, and intentional development. Many professionals find themselves in leadership roles without comprehensive training, often repeating ineffective patterns that can demotivate teams and compromise organizational goals. Drawing from The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, this workshop is designed for emerging and established leaders who are committed to understanding and overcoming the most prevalent leadership pitfalls that can derail team performance and organizational success.

We will provide a critical examination of leadership dynamics, focusing on identifying, understanding, and proactively addressing common leadership mistakes, and engage in a deep dive into leadership challenges, exploring real-world scenarios and evidence-based strategies. The workshop combines academic research with practical application, providing a comprehensive toolkit to diagnose leadership challenges, implement strategic interventions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.  Participants will leave with immediately applicable strategies, deeper self-awareness, and a clear pathway to leadership excellence, enabling them to drive organizational performance and create high-performing, engaged teams.

This is an interactive synchronous distance learning course via Zoom.
