Preferred registration deadline: February 28th 3 CEUs Autism spectrum diagnoses are on the rise, which means an ever-growing number of parents are seeking help and support for their children. The expressive arts therapy or integrative therapies approach places therapeutic focus on sensory, aesthetic, and creative connections and is an effective therapeutic approach for engaging children to grow emotionally and behaviorally. This workshop will provide you with a toolbox of art, storytelling, and puppet directives. You will participate in experiential learning and develop techniques to engage children in building social skills, increasing problem solving skills, decreasing anxiety, strengthening trust and connecting with therapists, parents, and others. General Admission: $60** Class size is limited to 45. **Discounts on workshop admission are offered to the Brown School’s students, alumni, and field instructors.
