Preferred registration deadline: February 4th This workshop will be conducted in a virtual Zoom meeting format. 3 CEUs Research suggests that about one-third of Americans are introverts. Grounded in Jungian psychology, introversion describes individuals, along a continuum, as people who tend to recharge energy through alone time, reflection, and solitary activities. In a culture that highly values social interaction, active leadership styles, and verbal commerce, introverts bring unique gifts and can experience significant challenges in both personal and professional relationships. The pandemic has brought this into focus in many organizations, with the talents of previously overlooked introverts shining in virtual work arrangements. This workshop will contrast the differences between introversion, shyness, and sensitivity.  We will discuss strategies to assist introverts in maximizing their style and successfully navigating professional, interpersonal, and family relationships with both introverts and extroverts. General Admission: $60**   Class size is limited to 30. **Discounts on workshop admission are offered to the Brown School’s students, alumni, and field instructors. We also offer a discount to full-time graduate students in other programs and to our Washington University faculty/staff colleagues. No other discounts are available. Admission discounts apply automatically in your cart, based on your profile in our registration software.
