How does a professional facilitate successful group dynamics and decision making? Effective groups provide the opportunity to create connections, build trust, deepen commitments, manage conflict and inspire change. Through interactive activities, gain insight on how to honor the needs and expectations of participants while remaining focused on purpose and impact.
