Preferred registration deadline: August 7th 3 CEUs When organizations are people-driven rather than process-driven, they become vulnerable to unnecessary disruption, delays, and setbacks during times to transition and turnover. Alternatively, when organizations create cohesive, well-considered, and documented processes, critical knowledge and tasks don’t fall between the cracks. This is critical especially during times of transition such as growth, leadership changes, staff turnover, and program changes. In this workshop, we’ll learn collaborative and creative ways to design and improve processes that will solve problems, reduce burden, improve effectiveness, and strengthen teams so they can work more seamlessly together. General Admission: $60**   Class size is limited to 45. **Discounts on workshop admission are offered to the Brown School’s students, alumni, and field instructors. We also offer a discount to full-time graduate students in other programs and to our Washington University faculty/staff colleagues. No other discounts are available. Admission discounts apply automatically in your cart, based on your profile in our registration software.
