Whether you are supervising staff, collaborating with colleagues or working with community leaders, coaching skills can help bring out the best in everyone. Together we’ll explore the difference between coaching and other management skills, how to find coachable moments, identify values that motivate, create trust, build confidence, identify options and deepen commitments to both to the process and end result.
