This program, designed for anyone in a not-for-profit leadership role, will provide a focused and accessible means of building a high-performing culture within your not-for-profit team. We will discuss strategies to foster teamwork, passion and commitment among staff members at every level of the organization. The workshop will offer practical, concrete suggestions, and provide participants an opportunity to reflect on how leadership style informs and affects culture.
