To retain valued employees and a positive organizational culture, it is vitally important that we show our appreciation for each team member’s contributions in ways that are meaningful to each individual. Based on the book “5 Languages of Appreciation at Work,” you’ll leave this workshop with knowledge and resources to begin building a culture of appreciation. Learn 5 different expressions of appreciation that could motivate employees. A strategy will be shared to make appreciation part of your every-day work, not “one more thing to do.” General Admission: $60** Class size is limited to 28. **Discounts on workshop admission are offered to the Brown School’s students, alumni, and field instructors.
