Preferred registration deadline: October 25th 3 CEUs/CPH units This workshop will help you understand the psychology behind three topics that directly affect productivity - Goal Setting, Procrastination, and Motivation. You will learn the three types of procrastination and the psychology behind them - the “psychological payoffs” for procrastination as well as the costs. The concept of managing energy instead of managing time will be introduced, along with strategies to use energy management to stay motivated. The workshop will include experiential exercises through which participants will develop a personal plan for maintaining productivity and motivation. General Admission: $60** Class size is limited to 45. **Discounts on workshop admission are offered to the Brown School’s students, alumni, and field instructors. We also offer a discount to full-time graduate students in other programs and to our Washington University faculty/staff colleagues. No other discounts are available.
