This workshop will help you get beyond surface interview questions that generate surface answers - those answers that most candidates recognize as the "right" answer, as you to better select the talent you need on your team. Using a simulation or your real-world situation, you will: Identify key competencies required for a specific position, on a specific team, at a specific point in time. Develop legally appropriate questions that explore a candidate's competence for the position. Conduct in-depth interviews that better predict a person's ability to do the job. Compare candidates quantitatively and qualitatively.
