Preferred registration deadline: April 1st 3 CEUs/CPH units Surveys are an important tool for gathering feedback or other information from clients, staff, and other stakeholders. When well-designed, surveys can provide vital, actionable information for learning, improvement, and decision-making. The class will begin with a discussion of when a survey is a good data collection tool for your needs, then transition to a hands-on workshop that will boost your survey design skills. We will practice writing clear, answerable questions and creating response options that are easily understood and useful. Tips will be offered on how to design a survey for greater readability and accuracy, as well as techniques for increasing response rates. General Admission: $60**   Class size is limited to 40.   **Discounts on workshop admission are offered to the Brown School’s students, alumni, and field instructors. We also offer a discount to full-time graduate students in other programs and to our Washington University faculty/staff colleagues. No other discounts are available.
