While change can present challenges, it can also present great opportunities to transform your processes and align your efforts. This workshop will help equip non-profit leaders to navigate transitions. We will review several models of change management, while considering both the practical and “people” aspect of change. Discussion will include tools and strategies to support a range of change initiatives. General Admission: $60** Class size is limited to 30. **Discounts on workshop admission are offered to the Brown School’s students, alumni, and field instructors. We also offer a discount to full-time graduate students in other programs and to our Washington University faculty/staff colleagues. No other discounts are available.
