This workshop will encourage participants to know their own strengths and work to build on them. The discussion will help you consider your strategic work relationships and suggest techniques you can leverage to improve them, including expanding your understanding of the roles and perspectives of others. Finally, we will discuss variations in work and learning styles and how you can adapt to build more effective partnerships throughout your organization. General Admission: $60** Class size is limited to 45. **Discounts on workshop admission are offered to the Brown School’s students, alumni, and field instructors.
