Food systems play an outsized role in planetary boundary transgressions.  Dr. Lora Iannotti will first describe this at the global level and then offer three research case studies on nutrition and climate change from Ecuador, Haiti, and Madagascar.  She will conclude by describing initiatives at WashU including the FARM (Food and Agriculture Research Mission) Innovation Research Mission of the School of Public Health.
