From steel to plastics, glass to ceramics, members will dive into the history, chemistry, physics, and applications of various materials that shape our daily lives. Why is glass transparent? What makes elastic stretchy? These are just a few of the intriguing questions that will be answered as members uncover the science behind everyday objects, from teacups to jet engines.
