In recent years, Professional Coaching has become a growing industry. This workshop will introduce participants to Professional Coaching, including a discussion of the Coaching core competencies and how Professional Coaching is distinguished from other helping professions in the field of mental health. We will also help participants identify when a referral to a Professional Coach may be a good resource for a client. Participants will be introduced to strategies used in Professional Coaching and observe a Professional Coaching demonstration by the instructor.
