Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) is a management philosophy that contends that most things can be improved. Through design, measurement, reflection, and serial experimentation, organizations can improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of their efforts. In this workshop, participants will be introduced to common CQI models and processes that can be readily applied to social service work. We will identify the capacities and practice behaviors that characterize cultures of learning and improvement. Lastly, we will introduce, demonstrate, and practice several key quality improvement tools and exercises.
This is an interactive synchronous distance learning course via Zoom.
