OLLI-00046 - Fleming Favs

We are very lucky to have an artist like Renee Fleming singing so many fine operatic roles.  We will listen and watch a number of her most famous performances. We will start in Bohemia with Dvorak’s Rusalka.  Next comes Vienna with Strauss’s Rosenkavalier.  Off to Russia with Tchaikovsky’s Eugene Onegin.  Paris is next with Verdi’s La Traviata.  We will visit New Orleans with Previn’s A Streetcar Named Desire.  Finally we are back in Vienna with Lehar’s The Merry Widow.
